Should be aware of ITIL principles. Worked in Agile enviroment

Should have handled clients - role is direct client engagement 

Should be aware of L1,L2,L3 support processes. SLA adherence

Key metrics - process improvements, resource and budget optimization. 

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of tools - MS Excel, MS PPM, JIRA or any other project management tools
