Must-have:
Data Quality Management – Informatica BDM/BDQ
Metadata Management – Apache Atlas/ DSS, Informatica/IBM or similar metadata and data catalog tools
Cloudera/ Hortonworks Big Data Platform
Power Point, Excel proficiency
Data analyst experience, Can work with data, query, report
Power BI
As a Data Governance specialist/ analyst you will:
•Work with technology teams and business partners to help develop data management and governance services and capabilities for Group Functions.
•Build data management software products working within the Big Data Space.
•Develop data management frameworks, processes and controls, working with information risk management, and compliance to ensure alignment with evolving business, security and regulatory requirements
Requirements for this role include:
•Financial services with a minimum of 10 years overall relevant experience.
•Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in a large technology team with 3+ years working in a data governance role
•Experience with the following tools and technology: Informatica Big Data Management, Apache Atlas, Ranger, Big Data/ Hadoop, SQL, Hive, HDFS, Git, Jenkins, Python, Spark, Shell scripting, Java/Scala
