Education : Graduate / Post Graduate ( Premier Institutions)
Required Exp / Skills :
- Strong exp in hands on sourcing particular using Social media tools
- Strong exp in using Applicant tracking system
Responsibilities :
- Sourcing & identifying best candidates using social media specifically LinkedIn to create a diverse talent pool of candidates from the US region.
- Working on process improvements, resolving issues related to the to the Applicant tracking system (ATS) either on own or in conjunction with the developers.
- Providing inputs to improve the recruitment automation processes
- Collaborating with the global team on different recruitment related projects.
