REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
•Identifying potential candidates through Job portals, Social Media, Training institutes and Recruitment consultants.
•Validating candidates to make sure whether the candidate matches the criteria.
•Planning, organizing and managing Virtual Drives.
•Scheduling interviews based on the Panel's availability and confirm the same with the candidates.
•Organizing and coordinating the interviews, providing feedback to the candidates.
•Coordinating with the Technical Team and confirm the offer with the selected candidate.
•Taking care of end to end recruitment cycle.
