Job Description:
- Screening: shortlisting candidates sourced through the portal (Naukri,Monster and LinkedIn) and validating them on their experience and interest on the role.
-Candidate should have experience in the full Recruitment Life cycle in IT staffing.
-Should be an expert in permanent recruitment.
-Should have experience in searching, sourcing, screening, and negotiation.
-Should have good verbal and oral communication skills in English.
- Proficient in recruiting candidates from all levels Junior Level to Senior Level.
