API Developer-(Urgent Skills mentioned below are Mandatory)-5 Positions
Mode: Contract
Location: Toronto, Montreal & Vancouver

Description:

  1. Experience in the architecture and writing of micro-services
  2. Expertise in writing RESTful APIs
  3. Extensive programming experience including Python
  4. Knowledge of NoSQL databases
  5. Familiarity with creating and implementing unit and integration tests
  6. Development experience in data and message bus technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, 0MQ
  7. Knowledge of CI/CD DevOps best practices and the tools to implement them such as 
  8. Git/Gitlab, JIRA
  9. Experience using configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef
  10. Knowledge of containerization and related tools such as Kubernates/Openshift, Docker/Docker Swarm
  11. Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment
  12. Extensive knowledge of IP/MPLS networking (eg MPLS, BGP-LS, Segment Routing) and/or Optical networking (DWDM, SONET, OTN)
  13. Knowledge of service and network modeling tools and protocols such as YANG/Netconf, TOSCA, HEAT.
