Exp - Min 2 Yrs in HR analytics
Requirements -
1.exp in HR Analytics and reporting with tool experience in Workday OR Successfactor etc.
2. BI or Data visualization experience on Excel or Tableau or #PowerBI or SQL, etc .
3. Creating Dashboard, data analysis and management within HR metrics like attrition, leave & absence, payroll, etc.
