We are looking for Sales Leader Position for one of the leading Manufacturing Company based at Chennai.

Exp: 15+yrs
Qualification: BE
Hands on experience in reputed manufacturing organisation from Electronics manufacturing (EMS), Consumer Electronics industry or automotive sector in driving Sales and marketing function.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· He will be responsible to drive product development, market research and developing marketing strategies for product introduction;
· Build products from existing business, and help to develop new ideas / business based on your industry experience and through your contact with customers and prospects.
· Create Sales and marketing Strategy based on customer requirement and geographic locations
· Develop and implement sales plan and to achieve sales objectives.
· Understand market scenarios to identify problems and find innovative solutions.
· Work with development, Operations counterpart to define product release requirements.
· Responsible for data Analytics to identify opportunity areas.
