· End to end recruitments review
· Factory & office administration
· Handling grievances & IR
· Legal compliances for factory as well as office
· Manpower planning, budgeting & approvals.
· Update & review on employee behaviour
· Ensure comply all employee files to be updated
· Liaoning with govt. Officials
· PMS system & ERP review
· Preparing legal documents of employees of sales/office/factory to take disciplinary action
· Training & development calendar & implementation
· Vehicle management & costing
· Existing policies review & implementation
· Checking & audit salary sheet and monthly statutory compliances
· Meeting with PF consultant on payroll and register issues
