The Sales Development is a niche department in BYJU'S that works closely with HR and Business Development with an internal mission to constantly come up with inputs for sourcing, training and the continuous betterment of the Company's Business Development.

Your role with us as a Recruitment Associate, will be to develop the sales infrastructure through Recruitment.

  • Your spectrum of responsibilities will include:
  • Sourcing of Candidates
  • Screening (on-call and on video)
  • Shortlisting
  • Handling and following up on further rounds of Interview
  • Initiation of Offer Processing
  • Offer release supervision
  • Joining of Candidate

Qualification : MBA Graduates only (2020 as Year of Passing can be considered)

CTC : INR (4 LPA Fixed + 2 LPA Variable)
Work Location: Bangalore Head Office, Working Days: 6 day work week
