The Candidate will be a part of our Fresher Program Office and will be responsible for :

• On boarding  & Induction process for B School candidates & their complete development Life Cycle.
• Release B School focused Internal Job Posting- Career growth opportunities for employees hired from B Schools. 
• Planning and Executing B School hires engagement activities post joining. 
• Creating quarterly newsletters for employees joined from B Schools.
• Shiv Nadar University(SNU) MBA Program Management – Admission, Internship and deployment. 
• Data management and analysis. 

Candidate must have :

1. MBA degree with specialization in HR.
2. Ability to learn and adapt quickly. 
3. Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills 
4. Knowledge of MS Office 
5. Good Organization Skills including an ability to prioritize and deliver to deadlines. 
6. Excellent Communication Skills
