Looking for candidates with strong Business Partnering experience of about 4 to 6 years, preferably with a Master’s Degree in HR from a Premier institute.

• 4 to 5 years’ experience in HRBP role
• Postgraduate degree in HR from a premiere college.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders
• Experienced in creating and driving effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs
• Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
• Proven understanding of the role and functions of a human resource function within a tech non- tech organization.
• Experience and specific knowledge of humanresource theories, functions and practices; performance management systems and employee development
• Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks, and drive programs as per plan
• Exposure to #talent analytics - ability to create reports, analyze org and people metrics.
