Roles and Responsibilities

• Good Communication & comprehensive Skills
• Agent should not have MTI (Sha/Sa)
• Ability to write, speak and understand English at a skill of Versant Level 3 (only for English Queue)
• Should score 54 and above on the selling skills test
• Ability to write, speak and understand regional language as specified
• Good Analytical Skill

Education & Experience

• Graduates or Under Graduates
• 0-2 Years of Experience

Job Description:

• Designation: CCE (Customer Care Executive- Tele sales outbound)
• Location: Chennai
• Shifts: 9 AM – 9 PM Rotational (9 hours including 1hour break)
• No. of Working days: 6 days (1 Rotational week off)
• Compensation: Best on par with industry standards
• Qualification: PUC/ Graduate (Fresher/Experienced) OB sales experience will be an added advantage
• Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
• Transportation: One-way Cab facility provided for Night shift
• Skill Sets Required: Good fluency in Tamil, Hindi and English.

• Tamil: 100
• Hindi, Telegu & Malayalam: 250 (Mix)
