Job Description - The position is a member of Risk & Compliance org within HCL. DCA will be responsible for managing compliance in accordance to client, organization & regulatory security requirements. He is direct auditor/assessor type role under direction of Sr. Delivery Compliance Officer(DCO) will interface with business delivery team & support function-IT, HR, Admin, Legal, etc. in execution of responsibilities.
Requirement
-Exp in Information Risk Management/InfoSec & auditing.
-Exp in general IT Control framework objectives in particular risk assessment
-Work exp or knowledge in any of compliance program (PCI DSS,HIPPA,ISO 27001,SOC2, SOX,NIST,FISMA,COBIT)
-Under guidance of DCO perform activities to help measure & monitor compliance with company policies
-Knowledge of network/OS concepts. Well versed with access lists, operating system hardening standards, IT Infrastructure, DMZ architectures, B2B & B2C connectivity.
-Knowledge on BCM, Privacy & Vendor risk management, Legal & Regulatory requirements in relation to InfoSec
-Certifications CISA/CISSP/CISM / CRISC/ISO27001
