Experience: 6 to 8 Yrs

CTC Budget : 12 L to 14 L
Required Job experience – 6 to 8 years of experience in General HR with at least 2 to 3 years specializing in HR operations

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure timely roll out of offers for new hires, employee pre onboarding formalities
• Onboarding of New Joiners and Induction
• Oversee Employee Background Verification Process
• SAP – Employee Lifecycle management through SAP Tool – Execute Hiring forms, position changes, Exit approvals in SAP tool
• Timely completion of Employee evaluation and confirmation for confirmation due employees
• Support HR Operations on statutory Labour office compliance, PF inputs and interface with PF office, Gratuity and EDLI administration.
• Experience in handling HR operations for 1500 plus employees in a multiplication unit preferred.
