Technical Recruiters Jobs In Bangalore With 6 Months To 2 Years Of Experience At Radisys Corporation

Radisys is Hiring for Technical recruiter - Bangalore location.

Experience level: 0.6 Months to 2 yrs. 

Job Type-1 Year contract (based on performance can extend the contract )
Candidates should join within 30 days max.

Job Description:

-Posting and sourcing candidates through various - Job sites, social networking sites etc.
-Preliminary screening/short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement.
-Coordinating with the SPOC to know the feedback of the candidates and improve sourcing based on the discussions.
-Conduct initial HR interviews (Telephonic) to check technical skills, communication Skills, interest levels, etc.
-Follow up on the feed backs.
-Closing the positions within the stipulated time.
-Following up with the candidate after the offer is made.
-Good communication skill.

Note: At least 6 months telecom domain experience is mandatory.
