Roles and Responsibilities:
a. 2-4 years of relevant experience in overall HR activities.
b. At least 1 year of experience in domestic payroll is must have
c. Hands-on experience in recruitment, documentation, on-boarding etc.
d. Handle employee queries.
e. Add new joiners to the system and prepare salary annexure and offer letters
f. Maintain payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data.
g. Update payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers.
h. Handle medical insurance vendor.
Qualifications
Graduation/ post graduation in HR domain
