💼 Experience:
- Freshers or talent acquisition experience up to 2 years
🛠 Key Responsibility:
- Finding & Sourcing the Candidates through online job boards, social media and networking events.
- Reviewing resumes, shortlisting for interview, and evaluating candidates.
- Managing the Recruitment Process
- Documentation related to HR.
🗣 Language Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Tamil is essential
