Role Summary:
Hiring Physically Challenged graduate freshers for an International Voice Process role involving voice
calls and AR follow-ups to ensure timely resolution and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable through voice calls and analysis
Resolve accounts resulting in payments, corrections, or adjustments
Update call outcomes accurately in the billing system
Meet productivity and quality SLAs
Adhere to process policies and procedures
Eligibility:
• Qualification: Any Graduate (BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc, MBA, MCA)
• Experience: Freshers or 1-3 years of AR Calling / International Voice experience
• Eligible: Physically Challenged
Not Eligible:
• Hearing-impaired candidates (voice-based role)
• Diploma, B.E / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech
Shift & Benefits:
• Shift: 05:30 PM02:30 AM or 07:00 PM04:00 AM (US Night Shift)
• Flexible for both shifts
