🧑💼 Experience: Freshers & 1–5 years of relevant experience

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes – from sourcing to Understand job requirements and source the right talent through job portals and referrals
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
🔹 Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of recruitment processes
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
