▸ Location: Porur (Arcot Road), Chennai

▸ Work Mode: Work from Office (6 Days)

▸ Working Hours:

 • Monday to Friday – 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM

 • Saturday – Half Day (8:30 AM to 1:30 PM)

▸ Hiring Mode: Full Time

▸ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

▸ Interview Mode: Face to Face

▸ Open Positions: Many

▸ CTC / Budget: As per company standards

▸ For Experienced Recruiters: CTC based on interview performance & last CTC

🧠 Mandatory Skills (Must Have):

✅ Hands-on knowledge of IT skills & IT requirements

✅ Strong experience using Naukri Portal

✅ Ability to make 5–6 quality submissions per day

✅ Daily candidate calling & follow-ups

✅ Strong negotiation skills (candidate expectations)

✅ Ability to build good rapport with candidates & internal recruiters

✅ Experience in sourcing, screening & scheduling interviews

✅ Proper profile evaluation and validation

✅ Strong coordination skills with TLs and internal teams

✅ Consistent follow-up until candidate onboarding

🛠 Roles & Responsibilities:

▸ Handle end-to-end IT recruitment

▸ Understand client requirements in detail

▸ Source & screen profiles from:

 • Job Portals

 • Internal Database

 • Social Media

▸ Conduct telephonic screening interviews

▸ Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

▸ Follow up on interview status & feedback

▸ Maintain strong relationships with candidates & internal stakeholders

▸ Communicate company details & benefits clearly

▸ Prepare and submit recruitment activity reports
