Job description:

• Expertise in handling cases of all nature like Civil, Criminal, Commercial, Arbitration, Vigilance, Conciliation etc.
• Knowledge of Collection Processes.
• Well versed with Injunctions, Specific Relief Laws, Money
• suits, Mortgage Suits, arbitration, Executions & Negotiable
• Instruments act.
• Proficient in preparing Legal Notices of all kinds, Plaints,
• Written statements, Writ Petitions, Appeals, Case Papers,
• Affidavits for legal proceedings.

• Effective networking skills and Vendor management (Advocates & Associate management)
• Interpersonal & communication skills, ready to work in cross functional teams.
• Ability to meet and deal with customers regarding Collection and also interact with different levels of people.

Mandatory criteria:

1. Age group: 32- 38 yrs
2. Qualification: LLB/ BL
3. Experience:10-15 yrs (8 to 10 yr. of exp. in LAP/HFC recovery process.)
