Candidates are invited for appearing in Walk-in-interview for HR Recruiter ROLE @ EDCS on DECEMEBER ,12th 2020 [10 AM to 6 PM IST]
1) Profile data management-Profile Sourcing v/s profile sharing
2) Create Strategy to meet weekly/monthlytargets set by the Company
3) Follow up with candidates for the Interview, Pre and Post Joining process.
4) Explore Innovative approach in sourcing profiles for Niche requirements.
5) Generate 2-3 ideas to improve efficiency/streamline processes/ to improve profile sharing and create a bench mark
6) Developing and maintaining healthy and positive work environment, maintain good interpersonal relationships to build good culture in organization
7) Update all the KPI Trackers as required and upload the same in the respective repository
8) Update company pages thru all Social media
9) Develop soft skills thru self-training and as well as thru external training and training scheduled by company
10) Develop sourcing skills in one of the IT stream in every quarter
