Mandatory Skills:
• 6 months experience in eCommerce client handling
• eCommerce Market Knowledge
• Proactively manage and maintain customers and guide them through the customer journey
• Track and report on customers at churn risk and work proactively to eliminate that risk
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Positive, passionate and good in client handling
• Excellent Communication
