Super strong OOPS with at least 1 or more language expertise multi-tier architectures.
Awareness of pitfalls & use cases for a large variety of solutions.
Good understanding & experience of high performance web scale & real-time response systems.
Experience & exposure to a variety of large scale persistent systems including large databases. Exposure to complete product development cycle cross-functional projects
Functionally decompose complex problems
Strong ERP knowledge
Strong experience in architecting and building multi-threaded, distributed systems.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms
Solid background with hands-on experience as a Principal-level software development engineer.
