Job Description:
> Managing multi-team, multi-location program.
> Managing 80+ internal team (Team Members, Leads) and coordinate multiple client stakeholders
> SPOC from offshore for client
> Identify process gaps, define the process
> Track the delivery progress and meeting the agreed timelines
> Define the process to measure the productivity
> Reporting the progress to client stakeholders every day
> Strong communication skills
> Ability to work under pressurized environment
> Experience in working with Jira and produce various reporting
