Requirement: Technical Support Engineer

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Job type: Permanent with Softsol

(In this mode, candidate will be a permanent employee of Softsol and will be deputed at Client location at Whitefield, Bangalore)

Job Description:

· 3+ years’ experience working in Enterprise Technical support

· Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills

· Work experience in a Technical domain

· Troubleshooting experience

· Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment.

Mandatory:

· Experience on call process

· Network and Active Directory , Storage

· Hands on experience on Enterprise Technical support.

· Work experience in a Technical domain.

· Experience in Virtualization.
