Experience required:
- Minimum 3-5 years as SR. Executive HR in a reputed concern with 150+ work force.
- Work Location: Erode
- Gender / Age group: Strictly Female / within an age group of 30 / Married will be given preference.
- Qualification: MBA HR / MSW or any other equivalent UG/PG with or without diploma in labour Management would be an added advantage.
- Required Skill set :interpersonal skills / effective communication capability/ team building / ability to work as individual and also within the team / adaptability of all situation
- Salary : Will not be a constraint for the right candidate
- Expected joining date: Immediate joiners will be given special preference
