Either PMP or IIBA certified
Experience:
At least 3 years’ experience in banking business analysis,
functional design and good domain knowledge of corporate banking products (Trade Finance, Syndicated & Agency Loan, Bilateral Loan, Treasury, Fixed Deposit, FX)
Competencies:
Drive the Application Functional Roadmap.
Act as a requirements product owner, maintain product back log. Prepare user stories, business IT requirement documents, test scenarios and cases. Maintain, review Functional Documents via requirements traceability matrix to ensure end to end delivery completeness. Plan and conduct user training, workshops. Enforce continuous compliance with technology governance standards.
Track record of successful project execution and implementation.
Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills.
Managing or participating in Agile, Waterfall methodologies.
