JOB DESCRIPTION:
Must have Strong Knowledge in Contour Detailing.
Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods.
Have strong visual awareness and an Eagle’s eye for detail.
Must have sound knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D rendering and walkthrough.
Detailing and working drawing preparation.
Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact.
Keep within budgets and timelines.
Evaluate and get approved the selection of the final concept, design/architects creating various alternatives.
Prepare information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, colour, equipment, estimated costs and construction time.
