•            Resource should have experience in leading the team in the Policy center and Billing center.

•            Guidewire product knowledge

•            Guidewire Product Architecture

•            Guidewire Integrations in anyone of Guidewire products (Policy Center, Billing Center)

•            GOSU

•            Core Java, J2EE, Web services, JMS

•            OOTB Plug-ins

•            Guidewire Data model

•            Business perspective and Functional perspective of claims handling and policy administration with respect to Guidewire platform

•            Guidewire Technical Certification

•            WebLogic or WebSphere configuration

•            Performance monitoring and tuning
