- 2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment
- Leverage social networks, applications, and other media (GitHub, LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, other
social network sites ...)
- Knowledge in other Job Boards
- Exceptional organizational skills. You never forget a thing and can run many requirements at the same time.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
- Experience using Google Drive, Social network hiring, and other Job boards
