Location : Inforpark Kochi
Excellent Communication (English, Hindi and Malayalam)
- Address Outbound calls to the tune to 150-300 per day.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails (Assigned based on temerity)
- Sell products and place customer orders/requests in the system
- Identify and escalate issues to the Manager
- Provide product and service information to customers
