Security Operations for Client to ensure seamless delivery of 24X7 operations
Ensure compliance to SLA, process adherence and process improvisation to achieve operational objectives
Min 5 plus years of experience in various security products such as Checkpoint, Palo Alto Firewalls, IPS/IDS, Packet broker, bypass Switches, etc.
Must provide technical support on high priority incidents related to network security to drive triage and problem resolution
Knowledge and ability to identify the risk on the customer Network Security architecture & suggest solutions to identified risk according to the best practices.
Strong knowledge on Routing & Switching technology with basic knowledge on Windows, Linux OS & commands
Should have Fair knowledge on ITIL Framework
