Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter (Min. 3 Years exp.)
Location: Hyderabad, India
Type of Position: Full Time
Experience: 3-4 years.
Work Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (EST Time Zone)
· At least 3 Yrs. of experience handling end-to-end IT recruitment.
· Strong experience on Full Cycle Recruitments.
· Knowledge of US Time zones (EST, PST, MST, CST, etc).
Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent Negotiation skills.
Good in Relationship management with clients/vendors and consultants.
Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment.
Knowledge in US Tax Terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp)
· Well versed with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn.
· Ability to get profiles from non-job portals like Social Networking sites, LinkedIn, Indeed and Groups.
· Knowledge about Security Clearances and working with Federal requirements is a Plus (W2 Requirements).
