Understanding & hands-on experience of driving reactive & proactive Process Continual Improvements

Understanding & hands-on experience of reviewing KPIs and process performance to drive overall process improvements

Understanding & hands-on experience of driving transformation of processes from 'low capability / maturity levels' to 'higher capability / maturity levels'

Good written and verbal English communication

Understanding & hands-on experience of having participated and contributed to external ISO20k audits
