Job Description :
- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle from understanding the requirements, sourcing, selection, to on boarding the candidates
- Understanding the client's needs and delivering value by creating right solutions for them.
- Work towards innovative and new methods for talent scouting.
Required Candidate profile :
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT hiring (Contract Staffing must)
- Experience in Contract staffing
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Responsible for all levels of hiring across multiple businesses within the Client organization.
- Expertise in Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Interview Scheduling, Offer Management and post offer Management.
- Proficiency in understanding market intelligence and present data on a regular basis.
- Proven track record in handling Senior Level hiring.
- Good Communication Skills.
