Skills:

A Node.js developer is responsible for writing server-side and web application logic in JavaScript and/or typescript.

  • Node.js developers usually develop back-end components, connect the application with the other (often third-party) web services, and support the
  • front-end / Mobile developers by integrating their work with the Node.js application.
  • Database experience (mysql and MongoDB).
  • Experience building applications and APIs from scratch with Express.js/Hapi/Loopback.
  • Thorough knowledge of code versioning tools tools such as Git/GitHub
  • Familiarity with how to create scalable Node.js applications
  • Working knowledge of node.js package management and the tools ecosystem
  • Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS
  • Design and optimise applications for high performance, high availability and low latency code.
  • Write high quality, readable and testable code
