Job Description:

1. 12+ years of experience functional/automation testing with 8+ years of experience in Policy Admin platforms in Life Insurance domain.
2. Should have demonstrated expertise in managing overall testing for Policy Admin transformation/conversion projects and leading a combination of automation and manual test teams (10-20 members)
3. Experience in designing and driving overall validation test strategy (manual & automation covering functional and non-functional aspects) for large development projects.
4. Must have worked in Indian Life Insurance industry.
5. Good reporting & analytical skills
