JOB ROLE :
1. The role will be 70% Recruitment & 30% Generalist.
2. Responsible for hiring blue collar as well as white collar employees & in generalist will be responsible to look after & manage the payroll of 200 employees, employee engagement,employee relations,grievance handling,on boarding & exit formalities.
3. Single point of contact for all HR activities at pan India level.
