We are hiring for the role of Jr. HRBP based out of Bengaluru/Hyderabad.
Looking for candidates with 3-6 years of experience in warehouse setup.
Will be responsible to handle manpower of 400-600 employees.
Compensation - upto 4.5 to 5.5 LPA

Below mentioned is the key responsibilities for the role:
- Be the single point of contact of the operation function
- Partner with the business and transcend the business goals to HR Deliverable
- Be an independent advisor to Business Head in all HR related matters
- Build and execute HR charter for the function which is aligned with the business goals
- Control Cost through Manpower Budgeting, lower attrition, and enhancing employee productivity
- Own organization chart as well as work on succession planning
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliances
- Resolve employee escalations within TAT and within the policy framework
- Ensure proper onboarding of the new joiners and draw a clear picture of their KRAs and KPIs
