We are hiring for the position of "Technical Product Trainer "

Position Deliverables

1) Plan technical training programs according to organizational requirements for internal employees and Partners

2) Producing training schedules, agenda over teams, webex or self-pace videos

4) Deploy and maintain the Training environment to the latest GA releases

5) Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets, videos) and execute training sessions

7) Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc

8) Observe and evaluate results of training programs

9) Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements

10) Work on and maintain cloud based environment

Technical Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in the Unix environment and command line.
• Experience in the Windows environment.
• Basic knowledge of database and scripting and knowledge on RESTful APIs/JSON.
• Product installation, configuration hands-on experience.
• Experience in product/application deployment on cloud-based environments like AWS, Azure.
• L&D experience
• 3-tier application architecture knowledge.
