Required Experience - 6.5 to 10 years

  • Experience of working on the Active Directory and Exchange 2010/2016 and Office 365 - Exchange Online
  • Act as a SME and point of escalation for Exchange Servers related issues
  • Mentor other team members, and transition to Operations for managed service support
  • Working with Microsoft and other Vendors for escalated support and other technical requirements
  • Experience in preparation of the PowerShell Scriplets, Mailbox move related PowerShell Scripting, Troubleshooting Mailbox and Outlook client related issues
  • Install and Configure Exchange Hybrid Server as required
  • Administer, manage and maintain Microsoft Exchange
  • Experience in building Hybrid environment and configuring the Exchange Hybrid Servers to work with Office 365 - Exchange Online, Office 365 – Teams Online and other services
  • Troubleshooting mail flow issues, SMTP Log tracing,
