Required Experience: 5 years above in relevant field,

· BE/ Diploma - Mechanical with New Product development experience
· Design and Tooling experience desired
· Understanding of Design for manufacturing techniques (DFM)
· Deep knowledge of special process’s
· Strong understanding of Materials
· Good familiarity with 2 and 3 D design software.
· CNC & VMC programming and part development skills.
· Good People Management Skills
· Open and receptive to best practices
