• Demonstrated prior experience effectively collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver superior business outcomes.
• Prepare Functional impact analysis due to EHP upgrade in his respective area.
• Involve finalizing the Testing scope & scenarios, prepare upgrade deliverables checklist and perform defect fix liaising with client functional team.
• Identified solutions using Online SAP library & OSS notes
• Expert experience in understanding and documenting customer requirements and specifications.
