Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling end-to-end recruitment - HR Ops
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Statutory Compliance
• Creating and maintaining MIS reports
• Recruitment, Onboarding, Documentation, Leave management, Payroll Management.
• The HR Generalist will be responsible for Payroll, Employee Relations and Exit formalities.
• Ensures effective administration of respective processes and policies by using internal or external services.
