We are hiring for "Enterprise Risk Management Lead" role for Noida Location.
Experience – 5-13 Years
Ideal candidate should possess/be:
-Understanding of international standards (CoSo/ISO 31000) & associated compliance requirements.
Have a strong understanding of Risk Management domain. Prior understanding & experience in monitoring & tracking Risks & Non-Conformities would be an added advantage.
-Hands on with Enterprise Risk Management framework & Implementation activities
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to influence stakeholders positively & logically convince stakeholders to take necessary actions.
-Ability to influence stakeholders to consolidate the data points, analyses & come up with meaningful insight to help make informed decision by the leadership team.
-Be a self-starter with good inter personal skills & ability to work with multiple teams from delivery & enabling functions across locations.
-Own ERM framework and strategy execution, Lifecycle implementation
-Understanding & exposure to business operations in IT Application Support & Maintenance, Infrastructure.
