We do have a requirement for HR Recruiter, who can join immediately. 

• We need someone with 1-2 years of experience in volume hiring. 
• Sourcing resumes from different job portals. Screening the profiles based on the requirements of the team. 
• Conduct telephonic interviews with candidates. 
• Making recommendations to hiring managers. Coordinating test and interviews with the team. 
• Following up on the interview process status. Should have excellent working knowledge and experience in volume / Mid-level Hiring.
• Must meet all recruitment timelines successfully, as assigned.

People with BPO hiring experience and bulk hiring is preferred...
