IT Recruiter Jobs In Madurai
- Should have very good understanding of IT requirements.
- 1 to 3 years experience in recruitment.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates
- Should be able to validate the candidature properly through screening
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects
- Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems
- Should have experience in C2H
- Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
