- End to End recruitment
- Detailed analysis of JD, Sourcing & Screening of valid profiles.
- Scheduling the shortlisted candidates, Offer negotiation, Candidate follow up.
- Direct interaction with the technical panel regarding requirement details, profile short listing, interview status, interview follow-up Good attitude, target driven, career oriented and a quick learner.
- Responsible for End to End Recruitment
- Experience working on FTE, W2 and C2C.
